How does the Online Self-Care Hour work?
Soon after you sign up, you will be contacted by your “getting-started buddy,” who will take you by your hand and help you
- learn mindfulness sharing, a way to meditate over the phone with your partner that will likely work for you even if you have never particular enjoyed meditating before.
- practice mini-checkins with others, a way to infuse any activity with ease and joy. All you need to make it work is a phone or skype, and a buddy.
- find a partner (or a group of people) for the self-care activity you need to do at the time you want to do it.
I did a mindfulness sharing with Chloe for half an hour and it was such a powerful experience. It brought joyful tears to my eyes. I am so grateful to have come across you and these groups. I know this is where my healing will be.~Natalie

I’m really grateful to everyone in this recovery group for their presence here for self care. This group/ connection, support and sharing resources has been so important. Love and thankfulness to you all.~Roxanna
